On the afternoon of January 16, Yu Beihua, Secretary of the CPC SIG Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors, hosted a young employee seminar, with the participation of 10 new young employees from SIG's headquarters and subsidiaries.
With focus on SIG's future reform and development and the growth of young employees, based on respective posts, these young employees from the SIG system offered advice and suggestions on SIG's capital operation, investment layout and post-investment management, business collaboration, risk control, daily management, informatization, employee benefits and the career development of young employees.
Yu spoke highly of the young employees' speeches, fully recognized the young generation's concern about SIG's development and advice, and encouraged them to firm up ideals and beliefs, cherish the overall interests, work solidly, keep learning, bear SIG's mission in mind, and constantly improve themselves through job practices, to make their contributions to SIG's reform and development.
Present were Wu Jun, Secretary for the Discipline Inspection Commission; Chen Zhenpeng, Member of the CPC SIG Committee, Director of the Organization Department of the CPC SIG Committee and General Manager of the Human Resources Department; as well as heads of the Office and Organization Department of the CPC SIG Committee.
